Some people find their calling. Justin Rosadini was born into his. Growing up with a father who ran a general contracting business, Justin spent his childhood surrounded by the sounds, equipment, and work ethic of the construction industry. That early exposure planted a seed that never stopped growing.
As a teenager, he took his first job with a local landscaping company, learning the fundamentals of working the land and managing a job site. That experience gave him the confidence to launch his own landscaping business while still in high school, but it was not long before he realized the work he truly wanted to do ran a little deeper.
In 2019, Justin took the leap and founded J. Rosadini Excavating and Septic, starting out by renting equipment and taking on smaller yard and excavation projects. He built the business one job at a time, earning a reputation for showing up prepared, working with precision, and treating every customer with honesty and respect.
In 2020, Justin began apprenticing with experienced septic installers, investing in the education and hands-on training needed to master one of the most critical systems in residential construction. By 2021, he had earned his septic license, and J. Rosadini Excavating and Septic became the full-service excavation and septic company it is today.
That enables a cleaner, environmentally sound, and healthier future.
That mission shapes everything we do. From the way we approach a new septic installation to the way we communicate with a homeowner who has never dealt with a failing leaching field before, our goal is always to leave things better than we found them. Better Knowledge. Better Systems. Better Outcomes.
What sets J. Rosadini Excavating and Septic apart is not just the quality of the work. It is the way we work with people. Justin built this company on the belief that taking the time to connect with a customer and genuinely educate them is just as important as the technical side of the job.
Too many contractors show up, dig, and leave without ever explaining what was done or why. At J. Rosadini, we do things differently.
When you reach out to us, you are not just hiring a crew to complete a task. You are working with someone who wants to understand your situation, answer your questions honestly, and make sure you feel confident about every decision along the way. That personal connection is something we are proud of and work hard to bring to every project across Connecticut.
